Mama & Me
A group of gorgeous Mamas sharing and discussing their journeys into parenthood in English. You will also be invited into our active WhatsApp group.
Aimed at Mamas with babies & toddlers. We meet outside in the playground or in the park when the weather is good and in the Cafe Potpourri when the weather is cold or wet.
Our chats are informal and flow freely between topics such as; breastfeeding, bottle feeding, starting solids, sleep, travelling with children, maintaining relationships with friends, the relationship to a partner and how it changes, stress and anxieties and asking for help... to name just a few! This is a safe, supportive space to discuss the many facets of Motherhood.

When: The first Friday of the month from 12:30 - 14:00
