Birth Support
Birth Support provides you with continuous assistance during your birth. I work alongside your midwife and anyone else you’d like in the birth room, wherever and however you choose to birth your baby.
One prenatal meeting to disuss your birth wishes and learn how best i can support you.
24 hour on call availability beginning 10 days before your due date until you go into labour.
Continuous labour support, wherever you choose to be, for however long it takes.

Postpartum Support
Postpartum Support provides you with vital help as you nest at home with your new family member. I will cook delicious, nourishing meals for you and your family, listen to your experiences, do light tasks around the house, organise visits from professionals who can support you in this precious time - I am the trusted family member you wish lived next door!
One prenatal meeting to learn how best I can support you.
10+ hours of postpartum support in your home.
Ongoing support in your postpartum period via SMS and telephone.
Overnight support is also available.

The Full Doula Package
Pregnancy Support
4 hours of meetings in pregnancy & a Group Birth Preparation Course to prepare yourself mentally and physically for your birth. We will discuss your expectations, previous experiences and birth wishes. I will get to know you and your partner and learn how I can best support you both.
Birth Support
I will be on call 24 hours a day beginning 10 days before your due date until you go into labour. I will be then by your side thoughout your labour until you meet your baby. No matter how or where you decide to birth, I will support you.
Postpartum Support
I will provide 4+ hours of postpartum support for you and your family in your home. Providing you and your family with warm meals, emotional support and encouragment in this time.

Payment Options
Paid for by your Health Insurance
If you or your family have public health insurance you may be able to recieve pregnancy, birth and postpartum care paid for by your insurance.
There are a couple of conditions you have to have:
If requesting pregnancy or postpartum support then there should be no-one to help you at home (no family member staying with you or your partner is at work - also possible to apply after your partner goes back to work).
If requesting birth support you should have looked for a belag hebamme but not be able to find one.

Payment Plans
I passionately believe every woman should have access to a doula - someone who can guide them through pregnancy, be there to support throughout their birth and nurture them postpartum. And my services are not exclusive to a mother - the rest of the family also benefits when Mama is cared for.
I am open to various different payment plans depending on your financial situation. For example: full sum paid over 4 months or a sum up front and the rest later. Get in touch and we can discuss how we can make it work for both of us.

PAY WHAT YOU CAN means you pay what you are able to afford for my services. If you would like to apply for this option, please write me an email explaining your situation and why you would like Doula support.
Every 6 months I am able to offer this service to a 1-1 client.
If a Doula were a drug,
it would be unethical not to use it.
